Hello, my name is Brooke, and I am the creator of L&L Soap & Scent Co.

I started this business as a stay-at-home mom with a passion for creating small-batch bath and body products using thoughtfully selected, skin-safe ingredients. From soaps and sugar scrubs to lotions, oils, and bath soaks, each product is crafted with care and attention to detail.

I believe self-care should feel simple, comforting, and a little luxurious — and my goal is to create products that leave your skin feeling soft while making your routine something you look forward to.

Inspired by my two daughters and supported by my husband, this business is built on love, creativity, and a commitment to quality.

Our soaps are handcrafted in small batches using thoughtfully selected ingredients, which may include vegetable glycerin, coconut oil, palm oil, sunflower oil, shea butter, sweet almond oil (tree nut), colloidal oats, bentonite clay, natural clays, botanicals, FDA-approved colorants such as mica and titanium dioxide, essential oils, and phthalate-free fragrance oils.

All of our soaps are SLS/SLES free, paraben-free, and phthalate-free.

Our products contain or may contain coconut oil, tree nut oils (sweet almond), oats, essential oils, fragrance oils, and natural colorants. Because of this, our products may not be suitable for individuals with allergies or sensitivities.

While we take care during production, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens or cross-contact.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for determining whether a product is suitable for your personal use. Products are intended for external use only.

Everyone’s skin is unique, and reactions can vary from person to person. While our soaps are handcrafted using thoughtfully selected ingredients and are free from SLS/SLES, parabens, and phthalates, we do not make claims that they are suitable for sensitive skin.

We recommend reviewing the full ingredient list and performing a patch test before regular use, especially if you have sensitive skin, allergies, or known sensitivities.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. However, we usually ship out next business day. Delivery times vary by location.

Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.

Returns: Due to the single-use nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Refunds and Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once marked delivered, we are not responsible.

Store your soap in a cool, dry place. Using a draining soap dish will help extend the life of your soap.

Most soaps have a shelf life of 12–18 months.
